The amplifier as a complete instrument platform
Auricus is being developed as a modular guitar amplification and profiling ecosystem that combines physical tube and solid-state behavior with modern routing, recall, capture, and visual control.
Current development focus
The project includes amp and cabinet libraries, profile capture, power-amp control, modular front-end pedals, rack effects, analog summing, and dedicated hardware expansion paths.
Why it matters
The goal is not to hide the hardware behind menus. It is to make complex signal design feel immediate, visual, and playable while retaining the response musicians expect from real circuits.
