Velos combines the fluid, program-dependent response of optical compression with the speed and authority of a FET-based gain-control stage.

Hybrid Dynamics Engine
The optical section provides smooth leveling and natural transient behavior, while the FET architecture allows much faster attack characteristics and aggressive peak control. The two behaviors can be blended or selected according to the application.

Analog Sound, Digital Precision
Audio remains in the analog domain while StudiOS controls relay switching, gain elements, operating modes, parameter recall, metering, and automation.

Interactive Metering
The large central display can operate as traditional VU-style metering, detailed gain-reduction analysis, input/output monitoring, or an expanded dynamics overview.

Direct Physical Control
Color LCD encoders provide immediate access to threshold, ratio, attack, release, mix, input, output, and makeup gain.
